	Reduced Musicians Union Membership. ND musicians can get the full benefits of annual MU membership at the £33 youth rate (£30 direct debit). Benefits include free contractual advice and legal services with standard contracts available for all live work. They can help negotiate fees for you and have a debt recovery service. You also get insurance that includes equipment cover of up to £500 and a free quarterly magazine! To take advantage of the reduced membership fee you will need proof you are a ND musician when you apply. Your New Deal Personal Advisor at your Jobcentre can provide this for you (letters must state your name, address and Option start dates). Contact MIDI if you have any problems.
